Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. The Platform is intended for use by individuals and organisations in Singapore and other jurisdictions where it is legally available.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing your account with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Promptly notifying us if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Singapore law.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or circumvent any security measures.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant NextLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable at our sole discretion.

When you register interest for events listed on NextLoop Gateway:

• Registration of interest does not guarantee attendance. Event organisers may confirm or decline registrations.
• Event details including dates, venues, and speakers are subject to change by the organiser.
• NextLoop acts as a platform facilitating connection between attendees and event organisers. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, or outcomes of third-party events.
• Your contact details shared during registration may be passed to the relevant event organiser for the purpose of managing your attendance.

All content on the Platform that is created by NextLoop — including logos, branding, design, code, and text — is owned by or licensed to NextLoop Pte Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current.
• Results obtained from use of the Platform will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, NextLoop Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without notice or liability.

On termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and liability clauses) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
